Once your Agent is set up, you can start collaborating by inviting team members and sharing media directly from your drives.
1) Share an Entire Drive
Select the drive in your Media Panel.
Click the + button at the top.
Enter collaborator emails.
Inviting at the root level gives access to the entire drive.
2) Share Specific Folders
Navigate into a project folder (e.g., Outputs).
Click the + button and add emails.
Access is limited only to that folder—everything else stays invisible.
3) What Collaborators See
Invited users log into Strada and open Shared with Me.
They’ll see either:
The whole drive, if shared at root.
Only the specific folder, if access was limited.
4) Managing Access
To remove someone, click the + button again and remove their email.
You can invite unlimited people and share unlimited folders.
Note: only hosts need the Strada Agent; collaborators can use Chrome without installing anything.
