YES! The Strada network is completely interchangeable regardless of plan. Users on any plan can invite each other and connect peer-to-peer regardless of what paid or unpaid tier they are on.

When it comes to transfers, the user who initiates a transfer controls the total amount of data that can be transferred. For example, an unlimited plan can transfer any amount of media to (or from) an account holder on the free (Review) tier.

In contrast, an account holder on the free tier can only transfer files up to to the limit of the free tier (currently 15 gigabytes per month).

Remember that transfers in Strada are bi-directional. Therefore an unlimited plan holder can transfer to an account holder on the free plan or pull from an account holder on the free plan with no limits and no impact to the free plan holder's account.
