If your computer is online but the Agent will not connect, it might show a blank screen with the Strada Logo and attempt to connect.
If you are on a WINDOWS computer, follow the below instruction:
Open the SERVICES application
Find "StradaAgentHelper"
Right+Click and go to PROPERTIES
Go to "Log On" tab at the top
There are 2 options: Local System and User
if on "user" switch to "Local System"
Hit Save
Right+Click on the "StradaAgentHelper" and choose RESTART
If you are on an APPLE computer, follow the below instructions.
If this happens and you're connected to the internet, you can manually restart Strada. To do this:
1. Open a macOS Terminal window
2. Copy the below information into the Terminal Window and press enter /Applications/StradaAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/agent-helper service uninstall
3. The Agent should allow you to Restart
