The Strada Enterprise Workspace is a simple and intuitive way for Channel Partners and select customers to provision & visualize pre-paid Strada Licenses across larger teams (greater than 10 users). Granting a user a License within an Enterprise Workspace is as simple as adding an email address. The benefit of the Enterprise Workspace is as follows:
Allows an organization to purchase Strada licenses on behalf of users, either via credit card or Purchase Order
No limit on how many Strada licenses can exist within a single Enterprise Workspace
Enterprise Workspace License Manager provides for simple administration and handling of licenses during subscription term
Designed to require minimal involvement from Strada (other than initial activation)
Once the Enterprise Workspace is created by the Strada team, the designated Administrator of the License Manager can access the Workspace by completing the following steps :
Step 1. Within the Strada webapp, Click on your Account icon and then click on Subscription from the pop up menu
Step 2. click on Enterprise License Workspaces
Step 3. Access License Manager, designate a Workspace Manager by clicking Leads and assign Strada licenses by clicking Add Members
Note: currently, Strada licenses can be granted only to users who already have a Strada account (in the future, the License Manager will work for users who don't already have a Strada account by being prompted to create one).
The Enterprise Workspace License Manager is structured with two different account Leads:
Administrator
Purchases additional licenses for the Enterprise Workspace
Adds & removes Administrators and Managers from the License Manager
Adds & removes licenses from members
Has visibility into pricing information
Manager
Adds & removes licenses from members
Has visibility into Administrators and Managers
Cannot purchase additional licenses
Cannot add or remove Administrators or Managers
Does not have visibility into pricing
To be considered an Administrator or Manager, a user must first create a Strada Account, but they do not need to be on any paid plan.
The Enterprise Workspace initially does not contain any Strada licenses; it needs to be populated based on the customer's needs. Licenses can be populated 2x different ways:
via credit card - if the Enterprise Workspace Administrator would like to purchase Strada licenses via credit card, they can simply populate the "payment method," and then click "add members." There is no limit to how many members they add, but the credit card will be charged during this process
via Purchase Order - if the Enterprise Workspace Administrator would like to purchase Strada licenses via Purchase Order, they will need to submit this request to Strada, and Strada will populate the Enterprise Workspace with licenses on the back-end. Once licenses are populated, Strada will remit an invoice for a subscription fee (less any commission owed).
Note: with an Enterprise Workspace deployment, customers can only purchase our highest-tier license, currently called our "Unlimited Tier."
Every approved Channel Partner has been provisioned 2x Enterprise License Manager Accounts:
Demo Account - to be used for internal testing & customer POCs
initially set at 25 licenses; Strada can add more as-needed
Production Account - reserved for paid customers only
initially set at 0 licenses; Strada will only populate with a Purchase Order provided by Channel Partner
The Production Account is provided at no cost to the Channel Partner and is intended to manage the onboarding / off-boarding of licenses across the Channel Partner's various customers & accounts. We discourage Channel Partners from inviting anyone other than employees from becoming Administrators or Managers of the Production Account, given that there could be multiple customers in the same Enterprise Workspace.
If a customer would benefit from provisioning & visualizing pre-paid Strada Licenses directly (by being assigned a Manager role within the License Manager), a customer can purchase a dedicated Enterprise Workspace for an additional subscription fee.
Minimum required information for Strada to establish a new Enterprise Workspace
Enterprise Workspace name
Workspace Administrator
Payment terms (Purchase Order, Credit Card)
In these scenarios, we recommend that a representative from the Channel Partner be listed as the Workspace Administrator, with a representative of the customer being added as a Manager
Regardless of whether a customer purchases Strada licenses for their Enterprise Workspace via a Purchase Order or credit card, Strada will ensure Channel Partners are properly compensated for the successful introductions they make.
payment via credit card - Strada initially receives funds; Channel Partner will invoice Strada for its commission
payment via Purchase Order - Channel Partner initially receives funds; Strada will invoice Channel Partner for subscription fees less commission
Deal registration process, commission structure, compensation for renewals, and other key terms are detailed in a Reseller Agreement negotiated between Strada and the Channel Partner.
