Upload Links are a powerful way to receive assets from the general public. You can select a folder on your computer and have anyone upload small assets directly into it without inviting them to your folder. Upload Links best used in situations when you:
• do not have email addresses of external people
• do not want external people to have a Strada account
• 1-time use
• you need small files (under 2GBs each)
CREATING AN UPLOAD LINK
Go to strada.tech and right+click on any folder and "Create Upload Link"
choose a password (if you wish)
choose an expiration date (if you wish)
create link
send a custom email (if you wish)
COPY the link
Once you share the link, the user will be able to access it through any webpage on Mac, Windows, iOS or Android. Users can upload photos, videos, or documents.
Once they transmit them, you will receive an email that a new asset has arrived in your Upload Link folder.
MANGAING PERMISSIONS
To change the permissions, click on the "LINK" icon in the Navigation bar on the far left of Stradda.tech. You can see your links and adjust the settings.
Right+Click anywhere in the link area and you'll be able to edit details and view assets .
