Because Strada is a peer-to-peer application, as opposed to a cloud product, it uses encrypted UDP connections to establish direct device-to-device communication. Security products frequently flag this type of traffic because the underlying network patterns resemble other peer-to-peer technologies that historically have been malicious (such as TOR)
In this case, the alert does not necessarily indicate malicious activity. Rather, it indicates that peer-to-peer network behavior was observed and surfaced for review. If Strada has been intentionally installed and authorized on the device, this activity is generally expected.
My VPN Detected a TOR error
Is Strada using the same network as torrent?
